Features

  • New chat option available: When agent joins chat, customer gets greetings message.

Improvements

  • Security: prevent intruders adding XSS vulnerabilities into tickets, topics name
  • If chat is trashed, we need to launch chatbot so customer can create new chat. When new chat is created, deleted chat in trash locks replies automatically after new chat is created.
  • User: if the user enters existing email and the user with such email already exists, it merges both users.

Bug Fixes

  • Telegram: fixed the issue with sending messages with special characters "<>", that previously blocked sending
  • Fixed unicode issues, when forwarding emails. There won't be weird special characters.
