  • Manage Metadata: new application to manage community portal metadata in more advanced way.


  • Business Hours: now statistics is more accurate that is based on support agent time zone;
  • Mailing: improved replies in tickets that were sent via Exchange server.

Bug Fixes

  • Chatbot: sometimes submission of updated scenario wasn't possible;
  • Multi Step Form: fixed couple of issues with required conditional fields;
  • Canned Responses: in live chat triggering canned responses worked not properly.
