  • Canned Responses: added possibility to send canned responses with attachments in chats along with their preview option in desktop version;
  • Lock Replies: previous chats or tickets are opened in new tab and icon is unclickable when objects are locked permanently.

Bug Fixes

  • Full name of account was changed when a user filled out the form in chatbot scenario via widget;
  • First Reply Time in Performance metrics was not calculated when agents joined chat manually;
  • Connecting to operator message did not disappear in chat widget when agent was set responsible and reply was sent;
  • Inbox and On Moderation reports were misplaced in Available for All section of Manage Report section after modifying them;
  • Fix of the Join Chat function when agent switched between chats in the left navigation bar; 
  • User messages didn't appear in the newly created chat after the Connect to operator stage of chatbot scenario;
  • Satisfaction survey messages were not sent by trigger with Scheduled event after Object Completed;
  • Fixed UI defect of not highlighted required fields when ticket converting to topic.
