  • Web Push in Chrome: added setting to group push notifications in browser or send separately;
  • Due on email: improved email notification when due on date is passed for ticket or topic;
  • Knowledge Base: improved filtering of articles in user interface along with search;
  • Knowledge Base: added search within specific category in agent ui - advanced search;
  • Knowledge Base: added sorting by title in table view by clicking on Title.

Bug Fixes:

  • Tickets: sometimes there were duplicates of tickets added by users using mobile ui;
  • Chat: in conversation user avatar sometimes was not loaded correctly;
  • Chatbot: in messengers email field wasn't checked for validity;
  • Chat: going back to chat in agent interface didn't show latest messages from customers.
