Bug Fixes

  • Mass edit option was enabled when using browser shortcuts with Ctrl/Cmd;
  • List of topics on moderation displayed in the report with enabled Chat View;
  • Wrong Chat metric displayed on users page for a company;
  • Ticket couldn't be submitted without attached file in case agent added a previous ticket with an attachment;
  • Fixed issue with switching from Chat View to Table View;
  • Wrong author displayed on new ticket form after the agent submitted a request on user's behalf;
  • After assigning ticket to the group, agent belonged to it couldn't be mentioned.
