  • Set due on to tickets as a custom date field with reminder option;
  • Now emails could be queued in the database if frequently scheduled jobs are triggered.

  • Live Chat: if user is already authorized, he won't be asked for credentials;

  • Improved performance of the community part - users list page, reports page;
  • Now it's easier to manage reports without object states. Default reports have now only statuses instead;
  • Reports: new option to select objects completed by specific user.
  • Improved full test search.

Bug Fixes

  • When user replied via email, anonymous votes were added to the comments;
  • Live Chat: fixed simultaneous work of several operators at once;
  • Email templates: statuses now have the background colors that are set in the system.
  • Help Desk: now auto-generated emails don't get into system and ignored automatically.

+25 minor bug fixes and tweaks.
