Improvements

  • Editor. We completely reworked the editor to address performance issues. Now canned responses, macros show up at a lightning speed apart not being launched on the second line or dozens others.
  • Rename "Deleted" view to "Trash"
  • Restrict editing user's (author) email on the right sidebar in user section
  • Disable public profiles for OS unless feedback module is activated
  • Allow agents to see the "Trash" view and restore the objects. Still only Admins allowed completed delete objects from the "Trash" view
  • Add a note for messages with blocked attachment (previously the system never showed any
