Unauthorized Users added within Onsite

A user may be added to your Onsite Account by the name of Integration User, with the email system@localhost. Worry not as this appears when you’ve set up an integration with ChannelReply as well as Onsite.

You may access ALL USERS within Onsite to view all Administrators, Agents and Users.

Administrators: Anyone added here would have complete access to Onsite to view/make changes.

Agents: This permission is assigned to users who would work as agents to assist with customer requests. Anyone added here would be able to offer support and wouldn’t be able to make changes within Onsite.

Users: Anyone added here represents customers that have reached out to your Onsite account via Live Chat, Email or Community Portal. These users don’t have access to your Onsite Account.
