You can migrate multiple services to us. We currently support the migration from:
- Zendesk, Gorgias, Help Scout
- UserVoice
- PHPBB
To migrate to Onsite, you need to have an active license.
If you want to migrate data from a different source we don't currently support, don't worry; we are always looking to expand our migration options and would love to hear from you. After your purchase please submit a request to support@onsitesupport.io with the service and account you would like your data to be migrated and we would request further information from you.
