Add automation to create tasks

Add the ability to use macros in two areas: for users and for tickets.

For agents, we want to be able to start a macro that can create one or more tickets with fields (team, person responsible, tasks).

For tickets, we want to be able to create one or more tasks with the task responsible for existing tickets.

We believe this approach is the most native and helpful for other users as well.


We need automation, especially for tasks that are repeated often, such as onboarding and offboarding customers.
