Add task's creation to Automation
We would like to have the ability to utilize macros in two key areas: users and tickets.
In the context of users, we want to initiate a macro that can generate one or more tickets with specific properties such as team, person responsible, and tasks.
When it comes to tickets, we wish to create one or more tasks with an assigned task owner for existing tickets.
We believe this to be the most intuitive and beneficial approach for other users too.
Furthermore, we believe there should be an automation, particularly for tasks that are frequently repeated like onboarding and offboarding customers. We need to have templates for these recurring tasks.
