Unique workflows per team (it means status)

Problem:
- I have 3 teams working in the same instance: Onboarding, Support and Engineering. And each of them has its own statuses. So it becomes overwhelming to keep statuses for different teams in one list. Ideally we would like to have them seperate

- Each team has its own associated properties. Some custom fields are only needed for Onboarding and irrelevant for Support. We created additional property utilize it conditional fields to achieve that

Solution:
Ideally we could have workflows separate per team
